THE CEREMONY OF THE SILVER CORD
On Sunday January 7, 2018 Astara's Rev. Peggy, Rev. Pam, and Rev. Samantha will be initiating the second Ceremony of the Silver Cord.
There are many passages in the Degree Lessons about the silver cord and how it serves throughout the life of each of our embodiments and its important role as the conduit allowing our soul to take flight at the moment of death.
Portions of the Monad and portions of the Oversoul manifest within the physical form through the silver cord which carries their essences into the brain and the heart centers.
It is in this secret cave of the heart that one of the most important initiations occurs. It cannot be realized until the embryonic spark of divinity in the cave awakens to full consciousness, and this cannot occur until the individual has purified the seed atom and the bloodstream of degenerate karmic picture images. And this is one of the purposes for bringing you the ceremony of the Silver Cord --- to further awaken that pulse point, arouse that heart seed atom, to tone and refine and prepare the cave of your heart even further as a receptacle for all that your Divine Monad can possibly pour into you at your present stage of awareness.
