To aid in healing you can use sodalite by holding it, using a mala or prayer beads of sodalite, or wearing it as jewelry. You can also place it on the chakras or wherever you have pain on the body: over the heart for blood pressure, as a necklace for the throat chakra, on the third eye area to stimulate your psychic abilities, as earrings for the head area. Near your computer place a statue, pyramid or obelisk to eliminate electromagnetic "smog" from your computer or between you and other computers.
