Forty Days to Eating Live, Regenerating Foods.

The transition to eating live natural foods will cause chemical changes in your body. This is a natural process and will only last about a week of detoxifying and cleansing the body while gently restoring the proper functioning of your system.

Here is the way to regain your health and vitality.

Days 1 -10: Begin the transition with meat menus alternating with vegetarian menus every other day.

You will notice that we use a majority of natural food products in preparing these meals. This is the beginning of transferring over to life-giving food products. We have included approximately 25% to 30% raw food in these daily menus.

Days 11 - 20: Introduce tasty vegetarian menus but still use milk, cheese and eggs. These menus are designed to demonstrate that meat is not an essential part of a healthful diet and that vegetarian food can be a delight. There are approximately 35% to 40% raw foods in these daily menus.

Days 21 - 30: Continue to provide tasty vegetarian menus using cheese and eggs, but introduce a higher percentage of raw foods to the diet --- approximately 45%, including raw vegetable juices. From Day 21 on, you will find no canned or processed foods in the menus. Almost every ingredient comes from raw sources. We begin to emphasize noticeable food combinations at this point.

Days 31 - 36: Move into simplifying the diet with an abundance of raw juices and approximately 50% raw foods. Every dish is prepared from natural food sources in their fresh raw state. There is a more advanced emphasis on food combinations.

Days 37 - 38: present pure vegetarianism in perfect combination. This is an advanced stage of the diet and includes approximately 60% to 75% raw food.

Days 39 - 40: represent the epitome of natural food dieting. These last two days are 100% raw foods in their freshest possible state. They can be used as models for approaching a fast and for eating when your body is experiencing imbalance (illness).

We hope that these changes will guide you toward a state of health that you will cherish for the rest of your life.

If for some reason you slip up on a day, don't give up or scrap the whole program. Forgive yourself and love yourself!!! Repeat the day again and keep moving forward. You're worth it !!!
