Breathing and the Nerve Fluid
1. Stand erect with arms extended in front of you, with palms down.
2. Inhale through the nostrils slowly.
3. At the same time, swing the arms to the sides, allowing your chest to
expand to its fullest.
4. Hold the breath for as long as you can do so in
comfort - perhaps ten seconds, perhaps fifteen
seconds.
5. Then exhale very slowly through the mouth, bringing the arms slowly back again, and relaxing
the chest at the same time.
6. Repeat the breath seven times. This completes
the exercise.
When you inhale, visualize the pure Divine White Light rushing into your being, healing you and recharging every atom, every cell of your body.
As you exhale, visualize the White Light pushing out all the waste matter of your body and that the auric emanations are now powerfully charged with positive ethers. Even such a simple breathing exercise, when charged with spiritual intent, is of great assistance to your physical, mental, and emotional health and to your progress upon your spiritual path as well.
