Acupressure Facelift...no needles

Here is a short explanation on how to give yourself a "no needle" facelift. Just use the pressure of your fingers or you could use a crystal with a rounded tip (no points please. We don't want to hurt that delicate facial skin)

You could use different crystals at different times for different effects.
